Barre; why it compliments your yoga practice
Why add a barre class when you already have a yoga practice?
Barre is a great strength and flexibility workout! Plus, the body loves variety in workouts, which is part of the reason Mountain Yoga offers so many different classes to choose from.
In our barre classes you’ll use a mat, the ballet barre, and other props in this 60 minute non-heated class to target smaller muscle groups.
Expect to sweat and strengthen, and also get a good cardio workout!
