This simple phrase may sum up my philosophy and life’s work. What started as a dare from a friend to take a yoga class, turned into seven years of practicing and ultimately teaching yoga. Yoga provides both physical and mental improvement and taken together you will grow in strength, flexibility, stability, balance, patience, determination, focus, and overall well being. What we do on our mat transfers to what we do outside the studio.
I teach beginners to the experienced yogi and I take great care and will honor your practice wherever you may be on your journey. I specialize in Restorative, Yin and Vinyasa Flow style of yoga. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 20 years and a Certified Yoga Teacher I am taking my combined experience and bringing a new workshop teaching how to use your yoga practice to help overcome trauma.
