Natalie Buchi, E-RYT 500 (Nats) is a student and practitioner of many styles of Yoga and Bodywork. Her platform for Bodywork was a massage technique called BioSync. Her Yoga practice and studies are broad but deep and include Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Kundalini, Anusara, Prenatal, Restorative, Yoga Nidra & other Meditation techniques. Her training and studies in the Yoga tradition as a whole, as well as her knowledge base around anatomy & kinesiology make her classes very unique. She can skillfully guide people through various Yoga sequences that assist them in putting their skeleton back into place and educating the soft tissue to release dysfunctional patterns and cross-linking so it can support the muscles. A direct result is that the other systems of the body are able to do their jobs uninhibited. This can help those who practice with her to be free of pain and discomfort, whether it be from a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual imbalance.
Nats teaches what she practices. She has been practicing since 2000 and began teaching in 2005. She uses the Yoga practice in her life for many reasons. It is a way of living for her and as she continues to evolve with the practice daily, she realizes and accepts that it is ongoing and what happens in each moment is what really matters and where the most of what we are looking for resides. She is able to find peace, stability and direction in times of chaos and fear. She is not void of difficult life experiences. Her knowledge, compassion and depth show in her overall demeanor and her passion really shines when she teaches, lectures or simply talks about Yoga.
Nats is a creative, highly intuitive, empathetic and outgoing person. She is a musician and recently released her first studio album, “Emaney – The Music and The Practice’. She’s very theatrical and has a sharp sense of humor and does not hold back. She lives her live freely and openly and is able to teach in a way that brings out those same innate qualities in others. She loves working with people and being a part of their paths to bettering themselves and the world around them. She is easy to work with and holds space and provides many tools for anyone ready to take a look at themselves and start doing the work to create a more harmonious and healthy life.
