Paige began taking hot yoga classes in 2012 during college to help manage her stress and get in a good workout. She was instantly hooked. When she moved home, she continued to take courses offered through the university. Paige had to take a couple of years off due to knee injuries and surgeries but began regularly practicing again in 2016. Paige’s mom recently became interested in yoga, which is what led her back to Mountain Yoga Sandy. Besides her practice, Paige enjoys traveling, snowboarding, coaching, and spending time outside with her pups! She also hopes to become a certified yoga instructor in the near future.
