Sierra Marsh is Licensed Clinical Social Worker and 200-hour certified yoga instructor, who currently works with children developing their social and emotional wellness. In 2015 Sierra was certified and began teaching yoga while in the Masters in Social Work program at the University of Utah. Sierra found that yoga and mindfulness supported her own mental health and wellbeing, and that both of these passions would be lifelong. Since then, she has pursued certifications and additional training to benefit both her elementary-age students, and those in her yoga classes. Sierra is a Mind Body Bridging therapist, Certified Positive Educator, and is trained in Synergy Yoga. She believes that what you experience on the mat can help you discover your strength off the mat, both as an individual and part of the larger community.
