Whitney doesn’t remember exactly when she took her first yoga class, but she remembers loving it from the very beginning! She has been practicing consistently since 2009 and loves the feeling of a calm mind and well-worked body that yoga gives her. Whitney holds a BA in Psychology and a Master of Educational Psychology from the University of Utah, practiced as a school psychologist for Jordan School District, and is an associate instructor at the University of Utah where she teaches stress management. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2022 and is thrilled to be able to share her love of yoga with others! When she is not doing yoga, Whitney enjoys skiing, hiking, riding her mountain bike, camping with her kids, and getting lost in a good book.
