Please note that we require a minimum 7-day written notice before your next billing cycle to cancel or suspend your membership. If your written notice is received less than 7 days before your next billing date you will be charged for 1 more month. We cannot offer any refunds on membership due to not having enough notice before cancellation.
Suspend your membership
We will miss you while you’re away!
You can suspend your membership in monthly increments up to 3 months annually with no fees. Each suspension month will be aligned with your monthly membership renewal cycle. Anything over 3 months will incur $10/month fees and will be charged upfront.
