Our state-of-the-art infrared sauna is extremely low EMF with Bluetooth/AUX/MP3 audio inputs. Unlike a traditional sauna that heats the air, infrared heats the body directly- providing a more comfortable and relaxing experience. Infrared Saunas raise your core temperature offering a host of benefits from sweating. Each sauna session is up to 40 minutes.

How To Prepare

Hydrate before, during, and after your sauna session

Reverse Osmosis water is available in-studio to fill water bottles. Mountain Yoga also sells electrolyte supplements to replenish what might be lost during sweating.

Limit food intake an hour before your sauna session.

You will be able to detox more effectively because you won't be using that energy towards digestion.

Dress comfortably

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes to the sauna, and bringing a towel or swimsuit for while you’re inside the sauna. Avoid lotions or creams prior to your sauna experience, which tends to block pores. Bring an extra towel if you plan to shower afterward.

While in the sauna take the time to relax! 

Read a book, listen to music, do some light yoga or a meditation. Take advantage of the bench and ergonomic back-rest if you choose.
