Yoga Classes
Most of our yoga practioners like it hot! We offer heated options for each of our 5 elemental classes. Whether you want a classic hot yoga class (Hatha), a relaxing class (Restore), a way to expand your practice (Fusion or Flow), a class to help you find space physically and mentally (Stretch), we offer a class for everyone. The Little Cottonwood Room (LCR) is not heated.
Hatha Yoga
This classical hot yoga class represents the Earth element with the main structure of 26 static poses and 2 breathing exercises. Including slight variations, this invigorating and grounding practice will build balance, strength, will-power, determination, and confidence. This class is good for those with knee, wrist, or shoulder concerns.
Fusion
This transformative class embodies the element of Fire by blending classic yoga poses in a flow style. Intelligently sequenced intervals will begin gentle and build in intensity. The wide variety of dynamic poses that ebb and flow in energy will strengthen the cardiovascular system and increase flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This creative and energizing class represents the Air element by linking movement with breath. Begin slow and simple, and build towards more intense, apex postures. This demanding practice creates a sense of freedom, strength and fluidity through movement.
Stretch
This moderate practice represents the element of Space, physically and mentally. Whether you are an athlete needing some recovery or a beginner wanting to expand, this class will provide you an opportunity of long, steady holds and dynamic movement that will provide a balance of stress relief and mobility.
Restorative yoga
This nourishing class is the essence of the Water element. With the lights low and supportive props, you will yield into long, slow, deep holds that will melt away tension and leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. Perfect if you’re seeking stress relief, therapeutic benefits, or a peaceful way to wind down.

Pilates
Our Pilates class combines yoga with strength training and cardio exercises. These high-energy workouts aim to build strength, tone muscles, and increase endurance. You can expect a mix of yoga poses, bodyweight exercises, and sometimes even light weights. Pilates is designed to challenge you physically while enhancing your overall fitness level. A great compliment to your yoga practice.
Yoga For Kids
These classes are held in a series format for different age groups. Kids will explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques that cater to the varying interests, energies, and developmental stages of the children.
