Mountain Cubs Childcare

Ashley has worked with children since 2000. She graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Armenia where she trained teachers and facilitated English Clubs. Ashley has over 10 years of experience with preschool children both as a teacher and as a director of a private preschool. She also has two little people of her own.

Ashley has a deep love for children and great respect and understanding for the childhood experience. Her philosophy of childcare is that children thrive in an environment where they feel safe, loved, and respected. She believes there is a positive outcome for every child and circumstance.
Ashley also loves yoga and believes it has made her a better person and a calmer mother. She is so excited to give others a greater opportunity to participate in yoga classes by facilitating childcare at Mountain Yoga Sandy.
