At Mountain Yoga we are happy to provide childcare 5 days a week during designated classes. Childcare classes are held in the Little Cottonwood Room while parents attend yoga classes in the Big Cottonwood Room. Parents must remain on-site while cub classes are held. We have skilled, qualified staff who provide a safe, loving atmosphere. The cub room is divided into several learning centers to keep kids engaged and content. Centers are changed weekly and are designed to enrich the child’s understanding of their world.
- Children must be at least 12 months of age.
- Please bring your child with a full tummy, a clean diaper and a water bottle.
- Parents will be alerted of any diaper/potty needs that occur during class.
- Enjoy an hour of yoga knowing your child is safe and happy!
Cub class rules:
- Soft Hands
- Kind Words
- Walking Feet
- Inside Voices
- Happy Hearts
