Brooke found yoga in 2005. In 2016 Brooke became a certified Vimana Yoga teacher- skilled to teach five different styles of Yoga. She strives to build and enhance a strong knit community, sharing with compassion the art of yoga. Brooke has great wisdom and understanding of asana, meditation, and mantra. She believes that Yoga is not only what is practiced on the mat, but how that practice and its energy can be harnessed in relation to self and beyond. The practice and teaching of yoga have been a healing force in her life, and it is because of that she has a desire to share the healing transformation with her students. Brooke teaches others to use their bodies as a vehicle for breath and the cultivation of peace to create a healthier life.
