Deanna found yoga late in life – in looking for an addition to her gym routine, she quickly realized it was so much more than a workout. The amazing mental benefits and the healing effects on mind, body and soul; it was life changing! Without looking back, she dove deep into yoga and completed her training with Mountain Yoga Sandy in 2023 and is eager to continue learning and to share this knowledge with others.
“Balance is not achieved by standing still; rather by responding appropriately to any shifts that are happening.” Applying this principle, in yoga and in life, is a constant challenge and a great reminder to meet and embrace yourself wherever you may be.
When not in the studio, Deanna enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children. She loves everything music and soaking up the sunshine, particularly in the pool.
