Jayda’s first yoga class was at Mountain Yoga Sandy in June of 2019. She came for a workout and to get more flexible. She soon realized yoga was so much more than that. Her mind felt calmer, not just in her practice but in everyday life. Yoga was a way to cope with her anxiety. She noticed yoga helped her shed layers of herself to find who she really is at her core.Eventually, she started practicing every day. She saw the many ways yoga will change your life. She felt a strong pull and desire to share her passion with others. She enrolled in MYS 200hr teacher training. She completed her training in November of 2020. She is incredibly thankful she gets to share her passion with others.When not teaching or practicing yoga you can find Jayda in the outdoors! She loves hiking, backpacking, and camping!
