Shen stumbled upon yoga in 2014 and it quickly became a big part of her life. She attends yoga class regularly. Her dedication to the practice has helped relieve the pain she used to have in her shoulder and back from years of being a professional dancer. She feels lucky to be a part of such a supportive yoga community at Mountain Yoga with great teachers. Shen’s experience as a professional dancer has helped her understand yoga even better. Her goal is to spread the joy of yoga and show others how it can improve their lives.
