Stephanie Dooper has been a fitness instructor for over 10 years. She first came to Mountain Yoga Sandy as a student in 2024, looking to add balance to her fitness routine, improve flexibility, and relieve stress from her demanding full-time job. What she discovered was so much more: a welcoming community and a practice that brought real, lasting benefits to her overall health and well-being.
While Stephanie loves the many benefits of yoga, her true passion lies in helping individuals build strength, mobility, and confidence for their everyday lives. She has found Pilates to be a powerful way to achieve this, as it’s rooted in balance, engages often-overlooked muscle groups, and supports gradual, sustainable progression.

As a teacher, Stephanie strives to create classes where students feel challenged, supported, and energized. Pilates — especially hot Pilates! — not only strengthens muscles and improves stability, but also offers a cardiovascular boost that leaves students feeling strong and empowered. Stephanie’s classes are energetic, fun, and designed to complement yoga practice while helping students build resilience and confidence in their own strength.
