Mountain Yoga Workshops

You may ask yourself why workshop? I already go to class 3-5 days a week and I am taking advantage of the 5 Elemental Class system why do I need a workshop? First of all it is fun 🙂 and is a casual environment where you get to answers to your questions. As we practice we develop awareness and with more awareness arises questions about your practice? Have you ever wondered about your hyper-flexible joints? your stiff hips and shoulders or how to get safely deeper in to your back bends? Class is great to clear your body and mind of what ails you but Workshops provide you with great learning tools to take into your daily practice. The next time we offer a workshop treat yourself and attend you will be sooooo happy you did.
